Bellatude - Take Your Life Back
1. Why is Bellatude considered a natural progesterone?

The natural progesterone in Bellatude comes from Mexican wild yams. It matches exactly the chemical formulation of the progesterone of a woman’s body. Therefore, it has no negative side effects.

2. How does Bellatude differ from synthetic progesterone?

Manufacturers of synthetic progesterone alter the chemical makeup of progesterone to create progestins. In their altered molecular structure, progestins may cause many side effects.

3. What are the names of the two synthetic progesterones sold by mainstream medicine to handle menopausal symptom?

For years, they were sold under the name of Premarin and later PremPro.

4. What was the name of the governmental study that named these two drugs as “toxic”?

The Women’s Health Initiative released a study in 2002 that stated these drugs increased a number of diseases for women. Females everywhere became afraid to take these drugs and began searching for an alternative to these toxic drugs.

5. What type of side effects can be caused by these synthetic progesterones?

• Birth defects (including miscarriage)
• Fluid retention
• Epilepsy
• Migraines
• Asthma
• Cardiac or kidney dysfunction
• Depression

6. What kinds of increased health risks can be attributed to synthetic progesterone?

• Heart attacks
• Strokes
• Breast and uterine cancer
• Alzheimer’s disease

7. Should estrogen be used without natural progesterone?

Definitely not! It is very important that natural progesterone be used with any form of estrogen. Estrogen blocks thyroid production and causes water retention. It can cause fibrocystic breast disease and fibroid tumors and cysts in the ovaries.

8. What exactly is Bellatude?

Bellatude is a technologically advanced, light, greaseless, moisturizing formulation of natural progesterone in a hypoallergenic Vitamin E base. It is free of odor and fragrance and won’t cause allergies to flare up. And it is non-comedogenic, which means it won’t clog pores. This all-natural hormone replacement therapy cream was developed exclusively to offer women a way to naturally balance their hormones.

9. How do I know if I should use Bellatude?

• If you have premenstrual symptoms (PMS) which occur consistently 7 – 10 days before your cycle starts and stops when your period begins, Bellatude will offer a way to naturally balance your hormones without the deadly side effects of Hormone Replacement Therapies (HRT’s).

• If you have had a hysterectomy or oophorectomy (removal of ovaries), Bellatude would be an excellence choice of treatment. Many women experience hot flashes following a premenopausal hysterectomy and in the beginning of the natural onset of menopause. Natural progesterone cream is effective for relieving the symptoms of hot flashes. Most women have reported a complete cessation of flushing within three to eight weeks.

10. Where should I apply Bellatude?

Bellatude can be applied to the face, hands, chest, breasts, inner arms, inner thighs, behind the knees or soles of the feet. The cream is readily absorbed and leaves no trace after a few minutes. During absorption, the cream bypasses the liver and goes to specific receptor sites where progesterone is needed.

11. Should all women use Bellatude the same way?

Of course not! Everyone is different. Some women require more progesterone cream to for their specific conditions, while others can use less.

12. When do I use Bellatude?

If you are still menstruating, use ¼ teaspoon of Bellatude cream twice a day after ovulation (which is generally 12 to 14 days from the first day of menstrual flow) until day 26. You do not use natural progesterone while menstruating. However, you can use a small amount of the cream on your lower abdomen if you experience menstrual cramps. If you suffer from migraines, rub the cream on the back of your neck.

If you have endometriosis or uterine fibroids, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon of Bellatude cream twice per day, from day 8 until day 26 of your menstrual cycle. After six months, use Bellatude from day 12 to day 26 of your menstrual cycle.

If you have menopausal symptoms but are not menstruating, have osteoporosis or want to prevent osteoporosis, use Bellatude based on the calendar month. From day 8 of until the end of the calendar month, use 1/8 teaspoon of Bellatude cream twice per day.

13. If I’m post-menopausal, will I start menstruating again if I use natural hormones?

Occasionally, a post-menopausal woman could experience some breakthrough bleeding or a “period” upon the beginning use of a natural hormone supplement. The progesterone is simply causing the body to rid itself of excess stored estrogen, which can sometimes stimulate a uterine shedding. This is a perfectly normal response and is no cause for alarm.

14. Can I use Bellatude if my family has a history of breast or uterine cancer?

Yes. Breast cancer and endometrial cancer occur in tissues sensitive to gonadal hormones. Unopposed estrogen is the only known cause of endometrial cancer, though other factors may aggravate it. Use of natural progesterone balances the estrogen level in the body and reduces the risk of certain cancers.

15. Can Bellatude be used during pregnancy?

Yes. This all-natural replacement therapy cream is recommended to help maintain pregnancy and is extremely safe for both the pregnant mother and infant. From conception, use ½ to ¾ teaspoon twice a day until approximately two weeks before your scheduled delivery time. Later, you can resume use of the cream one month after delivery if postpartum depression occurs.

16. Can younger girls use Bellatude?

Yes. Low estrogen levels can adversely affect the general health of girls between 9 to 13 years of age. For a year or more after the onset of menstruation, blood calcium levels are so low that young girls often develop symptoms associated with menarche. Emotional outbursts, irritability and compulsive consumption of sweets – though usually accepted as normal behavior in adolescent girls – can be mitigated with the use of Bellatude.

17. Can Bellatude help relieve vaginal dryness?

Yes. Reduced hormone levels and decreases in estrogen that women experience with menopause cause subtle changes in the genital tissues. Lower estrogen levels decrease the blood supply to the vagina and the nerves and glands surrounding it. As the elasticity and size of the vagina changes, the walls become thinner and lose their ability to comfortably lubricate before and during intercourse. This can make sex painful and even unappealing to women. Many are pleased to find (and so are their husbands!) that Bellatude helps relieve this vaginal dryness. It helps restore secretions and improves elasticity to the genital tissues. In addition to making women more physically comfortable, Bellatude can significantly improve their intimate life and increase their enjoyment of sex.

18. Will using Bellatude minimize my risk of osteoporosis?

Yes. Bellatude can lessen the likelihood of women exhibiting the symptoms of osteoporosis. Stated simply, osteoporosis occurs whenever your body cannot produce enough healthy bone to replace the dying bone it gets rid of every day. This results in thin bones that are susceptible to fracturing and breaking.

Over 28 million people in the U.S. today have some stage of osteoporosis and an estimated 7 out of 10 women over the age of 45 are affected. In addition, osteoporosis is responsible for 1.5 million fractures annually. This includes 300,000 hip fractures, 700,000 vertebral fractures, 200,000 wrist fractures and more than 300,000 fractures at other sites.

19. Can men use Bellatude?

Yes. Men 45 and older should use Bellatude to prevent the possibility of osteoporosis. According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF), the health of over 5 million men in the United States alone is threatened by osteoporosis. Though many think osteoporosis is just a “woman’s disease, this is not the case at all. One out of eight men over the age of 50 will suffer hip or vertebral factures as a result of osteoporosis and one-third of them die within a year. In addition to men themselves not being aware of this potential danger to their health, less than two percent of male patients have been told by their physician that they may be at risk for this disease.

The use of Bellatude acts to raise the level of testosterone in a man’s body. This will help lessen the skeletal and bone problems associated with osteoporosis. An added benefit for men is an increase in their libido.
